Application for Benevolence Assistance​

1.     Print out the form

2.     Fill it out completely. Incomplete forms              cannot be processed

3.     Attach a copy of the bill(s)

4.     Return the form and required documents

        to  King's Things,

       1402 Kings Hwy, Swedesboro, NJ 08085

1. Expect to take 2 - 3 weeks after the application is complete and you have been        contacted.

2. Assistance is provided only once in a 12 month period.

3. Average dollar amount of aid is $200 - $500

4. Families are expected to provide some financial help when utilities are in threat     of being turned off
